Start with the question you agreed to check
A report becomes easier to use when its title names the activity and the result: for example, whether the active restaurant wish changed after arrival or after eating.
Describe the shared plan, then keep each participant’s result separate. Different wishes and starting needs can produce different readings without either player being wrong.
Keep a small observation sheet
You do not need a full character profile to explain a meetup. Record only the fields that answer the chosen question and the date the menus were checked.
A compact report template
A transport quote, a venue receipt and a later save check belong to different rows. Combining them into a single “total reward” hides which part of the outing was actually tested.
| Field | Example of useful wording |
|---|---|
| Starting condition | Active meal wish present before travel |
| Action window | Arrived, then read Goals before buying |
| Result | Wish unchanged on arrival; changed after chosen meal |
| Limit | One character and one dated outing |
Let participants check their own contribution
Before publishing a group summary, ask participants to review the description of their result and any image containing their content. Correct mistaken ordering before drawing a larger conclusion.
Remove private messages and unnecessary identifiers. A summary can remain detailed through action names and relevant differences without publishing account records.
Should conflicting results be omitted?
No. A different result is useful when it includes the relevant starting state. Say what differed and leave the cause open if the game state or observation order was not controlled.
Can the next meetup settle it? Choose one missing condition to inspect. Repeating a broad outing without new checkpoints usually adds less information than a small focused check.
Sources & dates
Check what each source records. A menu label and a completed playtest are different kinds of evidence.
