Plan a meetup around one shared goal

Choose a result everyone can recognize

A small meetup works better when the invitation names one activity: compare a restaurant wish, inspect a travel quote, or discuss a home layout. Pick the result before choosing a venue.

Use the planner for an itinerary you will share yourself. It does not create a game group, reserve a venue, transport players or send invitations.

Build the invitation

Ask participants what they can already access. A route available to one character is not proof that every participant has the same destination, budget or active wish.

1. Step 1Name the activity and the question it should answer.
2. Step 2Write a start time with a time zone and a clear end time.
3. Step 3Choose a meeting point participants can reach in their current game.
4. Step 4Ask each participant to check travel and return costs.
5. Step 5Include a cancellation message and a fallback discussion plan.

Give each person one optional job

A reader can check the current menu, a note taker can summarize differences, and a host can keep time. These are voluntary player roles, not special in-game abilities.

Close with a comparison

Leave time to compare what happened with the invitation. If one player completed a wish and another did not, record their different starting wishes before searching for an explanation.

A meetup can still be useful when an activity is unavailable. Save the missing control or changed quote as a dated question and choose whether another session is worth planning.

Questions before you share

Does everyone need the same wish? Only if your chosen question is about that wish. A casual venue discussion does not require participants to buy matching items or repeat somebody else’s progression.

Should the invitation include account details? Share the meeting plan, not login information, private messages or another player’s identity. Agree separately on any public screenshot.
